In order to be sent an application email us your menu with prices, a photo of the booth set up, your power requirements, size of your booth or trailer (amount of space you will need) and proof that you have insurance and will be able to provide a certificate of Liability should you be chosen (as stated in our policy the Historic District Business Association (HDBA) Inc. and the City of Natchitoches must be listed on the certificate of insurance should you be chosen to participate) to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to P. O. Box 139, Natchitoches, LA 71457. Applications are sent out in May 2016. Deadline for applicaiton is July 15th, 2016.
