Vendor Applications

FOOD VENDORS APPLICATION

For a hundred years, folks have gathered along Cane River to watch the lights come on and to eat their fill along Rue Beauport. Meat pies, funnel cakes, boudin, hot chocolate: the food is as much a part of the tradition as the fireworks. Now we're inviting food concessionaires to apply for a booth at our 100th celebration.

Please read the full application packet before you apply. It contains the Concessionaires' Agreement you'll operate under if you're selected, and several rules have changed from previous years because of City Ordinance and State Law.

What's new this year

The 2026 Festival is fully cashless. Each booth will receive two point-of-sale terminals, and cash sales will not be allowed. The packet explains how settlement, payouts, and sales tax work.

What to include with your application

- Completed application, pages 7 and 8, signed and dated
- Your complete menu with prices
- Proof of liability insurance of at least $1,000,000, naming the City of Natchitoches and the Historic District Business Association (HDBA), Inc. as additional insured
- Your booth length, including trailer tongue, awnings, and any extensions

Please note: Do not send fees with your application. If you're selected, you'll be notified by email and told when and where to pay. Booths within Festival boundaries may sell food items only. Incomplete applications will not be considered, and no extensions or exceptions will be made.
